Speaking of Father's Day, I am always a fan of edible gifts. Last year I made Chocolate Peanut Toffee. This year, I didn't stray too far from that with Homemade Almond Roca (click for recipe). Mmm, delicious! If toffee isn't your thing, I also thought of making these Salted Whiskey Caramels. I mean, those just scream DAD, don't they? Or bum on the street.
